Our timber gates are pressure treated with Tanalith E as standard, but can be left untreated if requested on ordering. Larger gates can be more stable if stained rather than pressure treated.
FRAMED, LEDGED & BRACED GATES
All of our Framed, Ledged and Braced Gates are made to the following specification:
- Frame timbers 145 x 45mm and 95 x 45mm planed, kiln-dried redwood.
- All joints mortice and tenoned.
- All timber pressure treated with Tanalith E preservative.
All Framed, Ledged & Braced Gates are made to order. Gates can therefore be made to fit any size driveway or opening. Please contact us for advice if unsure of the width/height required.
