Oak Beams
Please see below for stock sizes kept at our Belvoir yard that are available to order. All beams are supplied sawn, but can be planed to order. Notice is required for machining and it will incur a charge.
Other lengths and dimensions are available cut to order from our sawmill. Please contact our yard at Belvoir to discuss your requirements. Collection or delivery from our Syston yard can be arranged if required.
PLEASE BE AWARE: fresh sawn oak is initially a light brown colour, but fades to a silver/grey over time when exposed to the elements. As oak timber weathers it will also shrink, which may result in splitting, bowing and twisting. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

Oak Mantlepiece Beams
We keep a selection of oak mantlepiece beams in stock. These vary in size and character and are therefore individually priced. Please visit our yard to browse our stock.
All mantlepiece beams are partially air-dried. This means they still have the potential to shrink, move and split as they continue to dry out. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
